R&Js Brunch is the business you are ordering from. R&Js Brunch is the trading name of R&J’s Brunch Ltd.

The online ordering service behind this website is provided to R&Js Brunch by SwitcherMate Ltd, a UK company. R&Js Brunch is responsible for the information it uses to prepare, hand over or deliver your order and to deal with you as its customer. SwitcherMate Ltd is responsible for the information it handles to run the ordering service: taking your order, processing payment securely, sending order updates and preventing misuse.

You order as a guest. There is no account to create and no password, and nothing on this website asks you for one.

To fulfil an order we collect the details you type at checkout: your name, phone number, optional email and, for delivery, your address. R&Js Brunch uses them to prepare and deliver your food and to contact you about your order. They are kept only as long as needed for order handling and legal record-keeping.

Where you pay by card or wallet on this website, the payment is processed by Stripe. Your full card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by R&Js Brunch or by SwitcherMate Ltd; only a payment confirmation and reference come back. If you pay in cash, no payment details are collected.

If you allow notifications, a push token is stored for your current order only, so you can be told when it is ready or on its way. Tokens expire automatically within 24 hours and can be revoked at any time in your device or browser notification settings.

Where R&Js Brunch runs a loyalty card, your stamps are kept against the phone number you give at the counter or at checkout, and nothing more. Ask R&Js Brunch to remove your number to erase the card.

This website carries no third-party advertising and no cross-site tracking. The information above is used only to run the ordering service.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and object to how it is used. Use the contact details below, and include the approximate time of your order so the record can be found. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
